Weekend retreat for couples
Julia is offering a weekend package for couples of any description, with the aim of guiding you towards more creative and positive relating. Whether you are in a new relationship and looking to ensure you create a healthy and happy partnership, or have been together for some time and are feeling stuck and in need of guidance, Julia will coach and support you as you take the steps to create a preferred future.

Over the course of the two days, Julia will guide you both towards an understanding of your own beliefs and the roles you play individually within the relationship, helping you learn to see what you are creating together. She will help you understand what attracted you to one another and what you were consciously and unconsciously hoping for when you decided to ‘be together’, moving you towards creating a vision of the relationship you want to create in the future. She will start you on the process of learning the skills and tools to enable you to live that vision.
As the sole participants, the weekend will be tailored entirely according to your needs, and will include accommodation and dinner at The Grand Hotel, Eastbourne, a choice of treatments, and coaching sessions with Julia as listed below.
A typical package will run as follows:
Friday: Arrive, introductory session, dinner
Saturday: Individual sessions, massage and relaxation treatments, lunch, afternoon session
Sunday: Morning session, depart

What is offered?
Julia offers a variety of courses for corporate training, for fellow therapists, for journalists and for public audiences. The size of the audience ranges from one couple to a hall-full of people. Courses are typically one day (6 hours) or two days (12 hours), though longer courses can be negotiated. The following are the most requested topics:

Who can attend?
The hosting group determines the audience as well as the topic. We can customise most topics to accommodate public audiences (individuals, couples, both), professional audiences and/or educational audiences.
How much does it cost to host a training?
The hosting group pays and is responsible for providing the location, advertising, registration and other related expenses, as well as any travel expenses for Julia. Travel expenses include air and hotel, and Julia’s fee is £1200.00 per day.
How much should we charge participants for your courses?
That is entirely up to you.
