The Bare Truth Podcast
'The Bare Truth' is a celebration of the extraordinary in day-to-day living, from the unsung hero to those on a bigger stage. Each week, Julia interviews someone from a different area of interest who is passionate about what they do, who is expressing themselves in their own unique way, and who wants to share what they do with others.
Please feel free to contact Julia with any comments about the show, or if you would like to be interviewed yourself. We also include contact details of our guests where possible - if you'd like more information, why not get in touch?

Daphne found me on Twitter – she said I was like a feather landing on her doorstep and that she liked my energy and what I am doing with my podcasts – so she got in touch! I am glad she did, it was such fun and energising talking with Daphne. She has seen energy in and around people and the universe and understood what she sees as natural to her – ever since she was a little girl. She was able to express this through her art and design and lighting when she was younger, communicating what she saw through her work and helping others with their environments. This has developed to more formal energy work with individuals and groups and she trusts where her energy takes her and doesn’t worry about things. This was evident in dialogue with her. She says how much fun she has with all the people she works with and I had fun talking to her. We could have talked for much longer, there is so much she knows and sees and her wealth of experience and understanding and her willingness to share with others is inspiring and energising!
She is creating and hosting ‘The Ultimate Summer Seminar’ on June 26th which she talks about in the podcast – it will be an exciting and innovative day!
The colour I was most attracted to for many years was turquoise and I was told by a healer who works with people’s individual colours that it is my healing colour – that I am ‘a turquoise’ which is about clarity of communication. At the end of our podcast when Daphne and I were expressing how much we’d enjoyed our conversation, she said that I had turquoise tonsils!
