Each week, Julia interviews someone from a different area of interest who is passionate about what they do, who is expressing themselves in their own unique way, and who wants to share what they do with others.

Kate is a specialist in relieving IBS, and in offering advice and testing to help with Weight Loss, Heart Health and general food and diet issues. Her mission is to help clients see through marketing hype and confusing packaging and help them understand what is good to eat.
Kate is dedicated to getting to the root of a health problem and works to raise awareness of the relevance of nutrition for good health and wellbeing. She works closely with her clients, identifying their needs and helping them make practical lifestyle and diet changes for 100% health.
